A Sanctuary for Kabbalah and  Meditation

"Behold there are days arriving when I will send forth a hunger in the land of Israel. Not a hunger for bread or a thirst for water, but rather to hear the words of The Eternal One"
(Amos 8)

In 1998 I received the blessings of my teachers to begin expounding Jewish Spiritual Traditions. My father and I founded  Or Hahechal to serve as a center for the research, study and transmission of of the works of the Kabbalists and the Hassidic masters, as well as Jewish Meditation  and other forms of Jewish thought.

The teaching at Or Hahechal takes place in a highly individualized manner, and takes place both personally and on-line. Teaching is provided free of charge. Spiritual Counseling and healing is also provided.

This site serves as a hub which connects to sites where Or Hahechal teachings can be streamed or downloaded free of charge. Please feel free to contact us using the form on the “contact us” page.

Many today search for spiritual light, often turning away from Israel and Judaism, mistakenly assuming that Torah is only religion, rules and rituals. Others are committed fully to Torah observance and to the Land of Israel, but are unable to understand the actions they perform. There have always been deep spiritual traditions like Kabbalah and Chassidut which shed light on the most fundamental concerns of Judaism, Religion and Philosophy: What are we doing here? What is the nature of reality? What is our place in the world? Who is the G-d of Israel and how can we relate to the Land of Israel? What is the proper religion for persons to take in the Land of Israel and in the world? What do the practices of Judaism mean? How are these meanings universally relevant? How can Kabbalah, Chassidut and Zohar help reveal G-d’s presence in the Land of Israel and everywhere?

Sacred texts of Kabbalah like the Zohar must be studied with the proper Meditation techniques, including real Jewish Meditation Music. This brings the wisdom of Kabbalah directly into the student’s heart, like a beam of healing light, generating healing in the soul, Israel, and the world. Kabbalah understands Judaism and Life as the interplay of Divine attributes called Sefirot, each associated with a letter sequence of the Hebrew Aleph Bet. All of reality is a great Midrash where Torah interweaves with the world, and the Sefirot bring about harmony, redemption and healing. Kabbalah as embodied in the Zohar is a guide for transforming self, reality and the Land of Israel through deep meditation on Torah texts, the Aleph Bet and the Names of G-d. Wise sages and enlightened teachers give helpful counseling.

In later times, the Master of Chassidut, the Baal Shem Tov, built upon the traditions the Zohar and Kabbalah. This made the light of Zohar, Kabbalah and Chassidut accessible to all who seek sincerely.

Or Hahechal researches techniques and path
